OPERATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE · FOR TALENT AND CREATIVE AGENCIES

Every SoW, reconciled.
Every deliverable, verified.

Industrial-grade infrastructure for the agencies running creator campaigns at scale, so your team's energy stays where the value is.

No pitch deck. No demo theatre. Just the work, shown plainly.

THE WORK BEFORE THE WORK

Someone on your team is reading every clause of every SoW. Twice.

64%

of marketers say influencer contracts got stricter in 2024 alone.*

Another is in a screenshot, trying to confirm a Reel actually went live.

Only half

the industry can tell you, with confidence, who's been paid for what.**

The team gets it done.
The team also can't do anything else.

TWO WORLDS

Two worlds. One should run itself.

WHAT CLIENTS PAY FOR

Ideas.

Taste.

Direction.

WHAT KEEPS IT POSSIBLE

Briefs. SoWs. Talent agreements. Deliverables. Usage rights. Exclusivity windows. FTC disclosures. Posting windows. Reconciliation. Late payments. The 1099 that arrives in March about a campaign nobody remembers.

The first list is finite.
The second one grew last year.
It will grow again this year.

HOW THE WORK GETS DONE

01

VERIFY

Structured Asset Validation

Every clause of every SoW becomes a structured rule. Every deliverable gets checked against those rules. Automatically, not by hand.

02

CERTIFY

Proof of Performance

PoP verifies every clause against its evidence. Automatically where the rules are clear. With human review where they're not. The result is a structured record that updates as the work happens.

03

SCALE

Back-Office Reliability

The dependability of a compliance function, without the headcount drag. The system holds when campaign volume doubles, because it doesn't depend on staffing.

LIVE RECORD · UPDATING

Some clauses are clear and the system handles them.
Some are subjective and a human handles those.
Both end up in the same record.

WHY NOW

The pattern repeats.

In 1979, VisiCalc turned a 20-hour bookkeeping task into a 15-minute one. The back office didn't shrink. It changed shape. Four hundred thousand bookkeeping jobs became six hundred thousand accounting ones. New specializations, new ways to prove the value of the work.

The same pattern is showing up now in the creator economy. Campaign volume is doubling. Contract complexity is climbing. The work doesn't stop being done. It stops being scalable without infrastructure built for it.

This is the moment that infrastructure gets built.

Not because anyone said so.
Because the math no longer works without it.

Automation that shrinks teams loses.
Automation that elevates them compounds.

HONEST QUESTIONS

What we get asked first.

Will this replace our ops team?

No. Ops shifts from manual reconciliation to managing the exceptions: the subjective clauses, the brand reviews, the gray cases. Same people, doing more.

Where does our data live?

In a US-based, encrypted environment. Contract data doesn't cross clients. Ever. We'll meet your security review on its own terms. Happy to walk through it when you're ready.

What if our SoWs are non-standard?

We're built for UGC SoWs (Statements of Work) first: creator deliverables, posting windows, usage rights, FTC compliance. Other SoW types work too; the engine reads clauses, not categories.

What does it cost?

We're in design partner mode. The first cohort gets the infrastructure and the relationship. The pricing conversation comes after we've earned it.

Why now, why you?

Because the volume of creator campaigns is doubling and the infrastructure built for it doesn't exist yet. We've been in the trenches with this problem long enough to build it correctly.

EARLY ACCESS

If this sounds like a problem
worth solving properly.

We're starting conversations with creative agencies now. If you run ops, finance, or production and this resonates, we'd love to compare notes.

No pitch deck. No pressure. Just a conversation.
